Preet Lathe’s DOUBLE ENDED CONVEYOR IDLER HORIZONTAL BORING MACHINE also known as Conveyor Pipe Boring Machine is designed for finest finishes and takes up heavy load. It falls under Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) Category for Simultaneous Boring & Facing of Belt Conveyor Idler Rollers. It has two independent work heads motorized at rear and revolving machining boring heads in front which has independent controls.

Our Conveyor Horizontal Boring Preet Lathe’s SPM Machinery comes along with a Coolant pump which is provided for cooling effect while machining the Conveyor Pipe Ends on both the sides. We have provided Limit Switches for automatic cut off ‘feed' of machining once it is achieved as per our requirement or setting. Between the two Head Stocks on Bed, there are two Pipe Holding devices are provided which are Hydraulically operated. A separate motor is provided for Lead Screw for Auto Feed and Auto Cut Off.
